We’re Offering Free Estate Planning Services on Oct. 22!

October 13, 2016

Fifty-six percent of Americans do not have an up-to-date estate plan, an omission that puts millions of families and potentially billions of dollars at risk. This number is alarmingly high, and it simply doesn’t have to be that way. That’s why here at Restaino Reddien, we’re doing our part to help.

Free services to get you started – stop by our offices on 10/22.

We’ll be opening our doors at 3116 Military Road in Niagara Falls on Saturday, Oct. 22 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. During this time, we will provide free health care proxies and 10-minute consultations to the public. Health care proxies provide critical direction and protection to families in the case of medical emergencies (our recent blog post explains more about health care proxies and why they’re important). Establishing a health care proxy can provide important peace of mind and direction to family members during difficult times.

The high-profile death and subsequent estate planning issues surrounding Iconic Pop Star Prince has called attention to the importance of estate planning for all Americans. From Oct. 17 through 23, estate planning attorneys across the country will be recognizing “National Estate Planning Awareness Week,” an event adopted in 2008 by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) to educate the public on the importance of estate planning. We are excited to do our part to illuminate the importance of estate planning while subsequently helping Western New Yorkers.

Can’t make it on October 22? Give us a call at 235-5885, we can help!
